As I've already said and (many others have said so too) ...we rise we fall, we live, we love, we leave - we return ....

These last couple of years have been nothing short of debilitating; pandemic, illness, loss, separation, desperation, mental health ...

Global disasters, fuel hikes, heatwaves, climate change and government change...l mean how are any of us 'ok?!' .. the truth to that answer is 'yours alone' ..

To realise we can't control the vast majority of external events 'right now' is a way in which we can move forward

I have been there....worry, what happens next etc - I am in no way trying to remove how you are feeling "right now?!" I can't tell you how to feel and what to do next ..

But I can tell you, I am here for you all...get in touch if you want to chat, It is a cliché but we are as one and we are in this together..
