*To wage war against yourself can be harmful, painful and confusing*

We doubt, we lean in, we learn....

We start again....we pick ourselves up, we move forward and we repeat ...

Loss, trauma, fear, anxiety - the cycle of repeated behaviours can keep us trapped each day...

To move, to see, to understand what it is we do to ourselves takes time, commitment and dedication...

When we make decisions from a place of fear the cycle will repeat ...to walk this path, this human life is tricky, but can also be freeing....

When we begin to see where our energy ends, we lay boundaries, we stay kind to ourselves and we love - all that we truly are, the light and the dark..

To doubt, to fear, to worry is part of what makes us human. To know that sometimes we are just caught up in other people's stories too...it really is all in the understanding of you ...

*To wage war against yourself can be harmful, painful and confusing*

Love and hugs to all, enjoy your weekend Carol-Ann xx
