Sometimes we spend what feels like a 'lifetime' thinking 'why do I do what I do?!' The same choices, the same patterns ...

We carry, we hold, we pass on....we live and we 'relive' all that we hold..

Whether we acknowledge ( or not ) somewhere in there ...'in you' lies all that has gone before you ....

Generational trauma, generational curse, generational grief ... To change, to see, to be, to reset and re-do - we can move the lines, we can reset the boundaries and we can change for all that is yet to be....
